Volunteer Event: Flapjacks 5K Walk/Run

August 5th, 2017

The Flap-Jacks 5k is the perfect opportunity for folks to gather, race, eat, and celebrate our community! This race is based at Ben Davis High School a staple school in central Indiana that thrives from community support. We are proud to have formed a very unique partnership between Indy Gateway, the B & O Far West Trail, Wayne Township, and Flap-Jacks Restaurant to join forces in creating a 5k experience that is rooted in fitness, fun, and most of all celebrating our community on the west side of Indianapolis. Last but certainly not least, our favorite breakfast spot in town “Flap-Jacks Restaurant,” will be serving up delicious Flap-Jacks (pancakes) for us all right at the finish line! There really is only one way to celebrate the start of another school year in our community, and that is by joining us at the first annual Flap-Jacks 5k.

When signing up for this event, all you need to do is be able to stand at one spot for three hours and make sure the runners are staying on the right course.

If you are interested in participating in the 5K Walk or Run, it is a great way to be involved and make an investment in our community! Copy and paste the link in a new tab to sign-up.

Fall Kick Off 2017 (Middle School & High School Families)

August 6th, 2017

Middle School & High School Families, join us for a great time of food & fun at Camp Dellwood! We will have lunch. swimming & recreation. Meet our leadership team & get to know other families in the church.

CRCC will provide the meat & drinks and we are asking each family to bring a side dish &/or dessert. There will be a church bus to transport families to the camp immediately following the second service. The camp is less than 1/2 mile from the church, but they have limited parking and require that we just bring the church buses.
